Big Tymers, Spider-Man, & Vanessa Carlton Debut In Top 5

New Orleans hip-hop duo, Big Tymers, takes the No.
1 spot on The Billboard 200 this week as the group's third album, Hood
Rich, rolls in with 160,458 in first-week sales.
That's not the only impressive debut on the chart
the soundtrack to the blockbuster hit Spider-Man (powered by "Hero"
from Nickelback's Chad Kroeger with Saliva's Josey Scott and the Hives'
"Hate to Say I Told You So") debuts at No. 4 and 22-year-old
piano-playing singer-songwriter Vanessa Carlton's debut, Be Not Noboby
comes in at No. 5 with first week sales of 102,000.
Kenny Chesney's No Shoes, No Shirt, No Problems has
fallen from the top spot to number three. Ashanti's self-titled former
number one debut album holds the number two spot.
Other notable debuts include: Ali, Heavy Starch, No.
24; Phish's Trey Anastasio, Trey Anastasio, No. 45; Blackalicious, Blazing
Arrow, No. 49; Irish Tenors, Ellis Island, No. 66; and C-Murder, Tru Dawgs,
No. 67.
